NJCC Holiday Party/Chinese
Auction
Fred Sabin, President of the New Jersey Computer Club, and Rich
Byrne, 1st Vice-President and past President of the New Jersey
Computer Club, will coordinate the annual Holiday Party and the
Chinese Auction at this meeting.
For the Holiday Party, members are requested to bring in their
favorite holiday food, snack or drink to share with all on this
special occasion. Please remember that the North Branch Reformed
Church is a "NUT FREE FACILITY!" NO foods containing nut
products of any type are allowed in the facility.
Our regular Chinese Auction will feature useable software and
hardware donated by members. Please bring in items to donate to
this. We only want Windows XP compatible hardware and software,
since Windows 98, 98SE and Me are no longer supported by Microsoft.
Only small hardware items (as notebooks, small USB devices, etc.)
sell. Do NOT bring printers, monitors, large towers, etc. ANYTHING
YOU BRING THAT IS NOT SOLD MUST GO HOME WITH YOU! NOTHING IS PUT IN
THE NBRC GARBAGE! A limited number of free tickets will be available
to NJCC members, with the option to purchase an unlimited amount of
additional tickets for bidding on these items. A special Auction,
with the format still to be determined, for NJCC Members ONLY
will feature new software and other items donated to the NJCC.
All proceeds will benefit the NJCC Memorial Award Fund. |
