Melvin Davidson then made a presentation of Alpha
Five Database Software. This robust relational database program offers
sophisticated, custom application-design ability through its easy,
menu-driven coding. Scripts are the backbone of Alpha Five's power. Either
menu-driven or hand-coded, they are a combination of macros and Xbasic.
Alpha Five keeps you abreast of your project's underlying code throughout
the database development process. As the final step during the creation of
new elements like forms and reports, the Genie displays a View Xbasic
button, which opens a window displaying the Xbasic code of the
just-completed process. An included copy of Acrobat reader lets you access
the Xbasic and Alpha Five help PDF files.
