Rich Byrne called the meeting of the New Jersey Computer Club to order at
the North Branch Reformed Church at 7:42.
There were approximately 75 members and guests in attendance.
Rich welcomed all in attendance.
Ann Yacka read the Treasurer's Report. The club has a balance of $5,005.31.
Forrest Phillips read the minutes of the December General Meeting.
Rich announced that the forming of Special Interest Groups (SIG's) is in the works.
Rich announced that the next Webmaster dinner would be held at Hillary's restaurant on January 26.
Rich introduced and handed the meeting over to Randy Wittle of MGI Software, who presented two of MGI's latest releases of photo and video manipulation software, Photosuite III and VideoWave III.
