• Fred Sabin called the meeting of the New Jersey Computer Club to order at the North Branch Reformed Church at 7:40.

• There were 61 people in attendance.

• Fred welcomed all in attendance.

• September & October minutes were read and accepted.

• The Treasurer's Report for November was read and accepted.

• The schedule of upcoming 2nd Wednesday meetings at the North Branch Reformed Church was announced:

Corel / WordPerfect (February 9th)
PowerQuest (May 10th)

• The future of the club newsletter was announced: There will be a hardcopy mailing in December and the newsletter will be available via Website thereafter.

• Rich Byrne has setup a list serve for the club to use to distribute meeting notes.  Those interested may send a note to NJCCMAIL-Subscribe@ONELIST.COM.

• Executive Committee update (11/10 meeting)

Microsoft Office 2000:
   1 copy to go on the Club's computer
   1 copy for the Chinese auction at the December meeting
   1 copy to be auctioned off via sealed bid (min. bid $75)
   1 copy to be raffled to Paid-up members
   1 undecided

• There will be NO third Wednesday workshops during November and December.

• ELECTION OF NJCC OFFICERS (President, 3 VP, Secretary, Treasurer, Librarian) John Huemer nominated the existing officers and made an open request for volunteers to serve as back-ups for each of the officer positions.

• The presenter of the evening's program, ROGER CREIGHTON from JASC Software (Paint Shop Pro) was introduced and took control of the floor.
