MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MARCH 10, 2004 MEETING
OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
OF THE NEW JERSEY COMPUTER CLUB

Present:  John Beck, Terry Beck, Rich Byrne, John O’Neill, and Fred Sabin.

• The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. at the North Branch Reformed Church by Fred Sabin.
   

• Motion (Made/Seconded & Approved): In order to fully comply with current banking and financial regulations, John O’Neill (NJCC Treasurer) was authorized open, close, and/or transfer NJCC financial accounts, or conduct any other financial transactions necessary to deposit, withdraw or invest NJCC funds.
   

• The meeting adjourned at 7:05 p.m.
