MINUTES OF THE September 19, 2001 MEETING

OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

OF THE NEW JERSEY COMPUTER CLUB

Present: Doug Beck, John Beck, Terry Beck, John Biegel,  Stephen Emde, Tom Kehoe, John O’Neill, Jim Russ, and Fred Sabin.

The special meeting was called to order at the North Branch Reformed Church by Fred Sabin.

• John O'Neill, NJCC Treasurer, sought and received approval to set up a New Jersey Computer Club checking account at Trustcompany Bank located in Shop Rite at 3166 Route 22, Branchburg, NJ 08807. This account will be used to segregate the Founders Memorial Scholarship Fund in a separate account. The account will be partially invested in Certificates of Deposit at Trustcompany Bank while retaining enough cash to cover current operating needs (pending scholarship awards, etc.). Transactions in excess of $500.00 will require the signature of two NJCC Officers, amounts of $500.00 or less may be authorized by any single Officer of NJCC.
