April 12, 2000 Executive Committee Meeting

Present: John Beck, Rich Byrne, Rich Giorgi, Dave Golub, Lenny Laich, John O'Neill, George Porcella, Jim Russ, Fred Sabin

The meeting was called to order at 6:40 p.m. by Fred Sabin (due to the absence of John Huemer) at the North Branch Reformed Church.

A moment of silence was observed for Ann Yacka.

John O'Neill was nominated and elected NJCC Treasurer (per NJCC Constitution and By-Laws Article 5, Section 4). All of Ann Yacka's NJCC Treasurer files were then turned over to John.

Diana Pinchevsky's resignations as 2^nd Vice President, APCUG Representative, Publicity Chairperson, and Program Committee representative were accepted with the deepest regret, but with the greatest appreciation for her numerous contributions to the NJCC.

Fred Sabin was nominated and elected NJCC APCUG Representative (per NJCC Constitution and By-Laws Article 5, Section 4).

John Beck was nominated and elected NJCC 2^nd Vice President (per NJCC Constitution and By-Laws Article 5, Section 4).

John Beck was nominated and elected NJCC Program Chairperson (per NJCC Constitution and By-Laws Article 5, Section 1).

Brief updates were given on the status of RVCC, PCEXPO, APCUG, PCUG, and the SMC SAIL program.

The next Executive Committee Meeting will be Wednesday, May 3rd at 7:00 p.m. at the NBRC.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:10 p.m.
